Shopping with Totally4.com
You can order products from Totally4.com in the following ways;
PayPal
When you place an order for a product via any financial transaction described above you are offering to purchase it for the price stated subject to these terms.
Price
The price for each product is shown on Totally4.com and includes V.A.T at 20%
We will always try to ensure that prices on Totally4.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the product(s) in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with at the time of the order. We will, at that time give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price of cancelling it. In all circumstances 3 attempts will be made to contact you 72 hours after the order is placed - if we fail to reach you we will cancel the order, refund the payment and inform you by email.
All delivery costs are calculated based on the total value of the order. These costs are automatically added by PayPal but will be fully described before entering your payment details. Please note those costs are only for UK Mainland orders. If you are looking for delivery costs outside of the UK please contact info@totally4.com
Prices shown on Totally4.com are in UK pounds - outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds sterling and Totally4 Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss die to exchange rate fluctuations.
Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries.Unfortunately we cannot advice you what these costs will be - please contact your local customs office for more information.
Payment
You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card or debit card via PayPal or cheque.
If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online we recommend you pay by credit card via PayPal
Cheque or Postal Order
* In the UK, you may pay by cheque or postal Order if you wish.
* Please make cheques payable to Totally4 Ltd and remember to include postage. Please also send us a covering letter detailing your order, cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, expiry date, contact details and delivery address.
Availability
We try to keep Totally4.com as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular product/item will always be available. If we can't supply a product/item you will not be charged for it and we will refund the amount debited by us.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product/item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.
Returns
We believe that you will be just as happy with the product/item as were but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our address.
Faulty Products
* We try to select and package the product/item as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product/item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product/item to us at the postal address below within 14 days of receipt.
* In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
* For help with items later than 14 days after your initial purchase please email us for more information.
* This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Returning Faulty Products
* Please contact us by email (at info@totally4.com) to inform us of your wish to return product/item.
* We may also advise you how to send the item back to us.
* Please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:

We will not refund the cost of the delivery to you however if you decide to return an item to us we will refund the cost of having that item returned. As stated above please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
